Bring this pretty, no cook dish to your Super Bowl party!
Ingredients:
- 16 oz your favorite hummus
- 1 cucumber
- 1-2 roma tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 1- 3.5 oz package of crumbled feta cheese
- 1 bag of carrot chips
Instructions:
- Spread the hummus in the middle of the platter, leaving space around the edges
- Dice up the cucumber, onion and tomato
- Place the cucumbers and tomatoes on a paper towel to soak up the excess liquid; season with salt and pepper; let sit for about 5 mins
- Assemble your veggies on top of the hummus
- Sprinkle the feta cheese on top of the veggies
- Place the carrot chips around the edge of your platter
